Our story
Started on the shoulder, not in an office
Mujeeb started in 2016 with one service truck, a toolbox bought secondhand, and a phone that rang at every hour of the night. Before that, our founder spent eleven years in Tennessee shop bays watching the same thing happen over and over: a driver stuck on the I-40 shoulder outside Memphis, three hours into a wait, calling numbers that went to voicemail.
One February night made it personal. A driver named Ray sat on that shoulder from 9 p.m. until sunrise for a fuel filter and a jump — a forty-minute job, if anyone had answered. He lost the load and nearly lost the truck payment behind it. That was the night the plan stopped being an idea.
So we built the version of this business we would want if it were our own rig on the line: a dispatcher who picks up, a technician who shows up with the right parts already loaded, and a quote given before the hood comes open. No callback maze, no invoice surprises at the end.
Today we run Memphis, Nashville and Chattanooga plus the freight corridors between them — I-40, I-24, I-65 and I-75 — for owner-operators and fleets who need one number they can trust at 3 a.m.
[Placeholder: XX+ years] of combined heavy-duty experience sits behind every service call — update this figure with your exact number before launch.

Our mission
Get every truck we touch back into service safely and quickly, at a price the owner can check line by line — and treat the driver like the professional keeping this state supplied.
Coverage area
Memphis, Nashville and Chattanooga, plus the freight corridors linking them: I-40, I-24, I-65 and I-75. Mobile service, in-shop repairs and yard visits all run inside that footprint.

How it works
What working with us looks like
Whether it is a breakdown call or a scheduled PM visit, the sequence does not change.
- 1
Call or WhatsApp Us
One number, answered by a person who knows trucks — no menus, no ticket queue. Tell us what the rig is doing and we start working the problem while you are still on the line.
- 2
Share Your Location & Issue
Drop a pin or read us your mile marker, then send photos of the leak, the tire or the dash lights. That means the technician packs the right parts before he pulls out of the yard.
- 3
Mechanic Dispatched To You
We give you a real arrival window and the technician's name, then text you when he is rolling. You get a quote covering travel, labor and parts before a single bolt is touched.
- 4
Back On The Road
The repair gets tested before we pack up, and you get a written note of what failed and why. If it belongs in a shop, we say so instead of billing hours on the shoulder.
Dispatch is awake right now
Stranded right now? Help is 15 minutes away.
Do not sit on the shoulder guessing. Tell us your mile marker and what the truck is doing, and we will give you a name, an arrival window and a price before we roll.
Service philosophy
Four rules we do not bend
Safety before schedule
If a truck is not safe to drive, we say it out loud — even when the load is late and everyone wants a quick answer. Nobody leaves our hands on a casing or a brake we would not run ourselves.
Diagnose, then repair
We confirm the cause with data before quoting parts. That one habit has saved our customers more money than any discount ever could.
Talk to drivers like partners
Plain language, real timelines, no pressure. You should be able to repeat back exactly what you are paying for and why.
Show up where you are
Highway shoulder, truck stop lot, distribution yard or shop bay — the work goes to the truck instead of the truck going to the work.
Driver stories
What drivers say about working with us
Blew a drive tire on I-40 just past the Lakeland exit at 2 a.m. and figured I was parked till morning. Their guy was there in about twenty minutes, had the spare mounted and torqued, and showed me the split in the old casing so I understood what happened. I paid what he quoted on the phone.
One of our reefers derated on I-24 with produce on board and a receiver window closing. They ran the aftertreatment data on site, cleared the fault properly instead of resetting it, and had the driver moving in under an hour. They now handle our PM schedule because they actually send the reports.
No crank in the truck stop lot off I-75 on a Sunday. Another outfit told me Monday. Mujeeb jumped me, then load-tested the bank and found one dead cell plus a corroded ground — replaced both right there and took the old battery with him. Honest work, plain talk.

Straight dealing
No hidden fees. No surprises. Just honest truck repair.
You hear the travel charge, the labor rate and the part price on the phone, before a technician leaves the yard. If we open the truck and find something different, you get a call with new numbers — never a longer invoice at the end. And if the repair belongs in a shop instead of on the shoulder, we will tell you that too.
